- 4 cups gluten free oats
- 1 cup cashews chopped
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp flax meal
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Wet Ingredients
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 Tbsp molasses
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat over to 300°F.
- Mix dry ingredients except cranberries with your hands.
- In a small pan on the stove, heat honey, molasses and maple syrup until melted and combined.
- Add vanilla, and then pour this warm mixture over the oats mixture. Stir well to combine and then mix in dried cranberries.
- Spread mixture on a baking sheet that you have coated with cooking spray. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool before breaking into chunks. Fills about four pint jars.
