Gluten-Free Waffles

Eggs

buttermilk

Vegatable oil

Tapioca flour

Rice flour

Baking powder
Instructions
Beat egg whites to form dry peaks, and set aside. Mix egg yolks with buttermilk and oil. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients together. Mix egg yolk mixture together with dry ingredients. Fold in egg whites. Bake in an oiled waffle iron.
