  1. Beat egg whites to form dry peaks, and set aside. Mix egg yolks with buttermilk and oil. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients together. Mix egg yolk mixture together with dry ingredients. Fold in egg whites. Bake in an oiled waffle iron.
